Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Locations
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Australia. We reserve the right to cancel orders.
Any shipments to addresses outside of Australia are not available at this time.
2. Shipping Costs
We ship with Australia Post: $10 Flat rate per order.
3. Delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers
Please note that we do NOT ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Parcel Collect; only Parcel Points are accepted.
4. Order Processing Time
The order processing time is the time between you completing the order and us handing over the parcel to the delivery company. We make efforts to process your order within 2 working days.
We are located in Victoria and are not able to ship items on our state public holidays.
5. Delivery Time
The delivery time is the time that the carrier takes to deliver your parcel. Delivery with Australia Post usually takes 3-5 business day, unless you live in a remote area.
Please note that in certain rare cases that we have no control over (for example delivery vehicle breakdown), the delivery can take longer.
6. Delivery Instructions
You can provide special delivery instructions in the field ‘Order Notes’ on the check-out page of our website (for example where to leave the parcel if no one is home).
7. Goods Damaged in Transport
If there is any damage to the goods or packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at enquiry@aimeibeauty.com.au. For more detailed information refer to our Return Policy.
8. Local Pick-Up
We welcome items pick up at our store free of charge.
9. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
In rare cases it may happen that an item is not in stock at the time you place your order. In this case we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, generally within a few hours, using the original method of payment.
